i love this. it’s a great summary of how i feel about swimming.  i’m not ready to go back yet, but even when i get in the water after a few weeks (or..umm…months) of not doing it, it’s incredible how your body just picks right back up and feels so natural in the environment that used to be “my life.”  your mind and muscles never forget.
